Payment + Refund Policy

·         All transactions for plan subscription are made through payment gateways such 2 checkout that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

·         We do not issue refunds for digital services once the order is confirmed and the subscription confirmation mail sent to the user.

·         Since your purchase is a digital service, it is deemed “used” after subscribing made on www.fliqcard.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the product and services made available here are intangible, there is a strict no
refund policy.

·         No partial reimbursements for plans in the middle of the way of subscription.

·         No refunds are offered on payments for abandoned or dormant plans.

Delivery of Goods and Services

·         If you do not receive the plan confirmation link upon subscribing, you can immediately contact fliqcard@fliqcard.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product and services is delivered as soon as possible.
